Does the subscription automatically renew? 

Yes, your subscription automatically renews every month.  You may cancel at any time. You will still have access to videos until the paid period has expired. No refunds will be issued.

What am I getting if I sign up?

4 new classes per week (1 outdoors - weather permitting), video library of prerecorded classes plus 15-, 20-, or 30-minute workout videos. There are various formats such as HIIT, core-based workouts, power yoga, alignment and strength.

What type of workout is zoom bootcamp?

Zoom bootcamp is a 60 minute HIIT yoga toning workout. Cardio intervals with yoga-based core movements and strength trainings.

​

Who are the workouts targeted for?

Anyone who is cleared from their doctor can participate in the workouts.

​

What equipment do I need for the workouts?

Mat, weights, bands, yoga block and a bender ball.  If you do not have weights, you can always use water bottles or canned food.

Will I lose weight?

My exercise programs together with a proper diet will help you lose weight. See my nutritional consulting services for more directed guidance on losing weight healthily.

What if i cannot do a pushup?

I will always offer a modification.

What if I miss a live class?

Recordings of the classes will be emailed within 48 of the scheduled class.

What if I do not have time to take a 60-minute class?

There will be a library of 15-, 20-, and 30-minute classes on the website. The classes will vary from core-based, power yoga, cardio and strength.
